A Tribute to the Great Legend!
🌸 Remembering Our Great Father Late Shri. Moole Padma Rao Garu🌸
A Pillar of KAARL Badminton Academy
Today, we pause with heavy hearts to remember and honor a truly remarkable soul — my beloved father, Late Shri Moole Padma Rao garu. Known fondly as Thatiah by the kids at our academy and as a friendly health guide and a storyteller to our members, his gentle presence left a lasting impact on everyone he met.
He wasn’t just my father — he was the quiet strength behind KAARL Badminton Academy. A man of deep discipline, humility, and wisdom, he stood by me unconditionally, especially during the last few crucial months of 2025. His moral support and steady hand helped us in maintaining accounts to keeping our operations organized and honest.
What made him truly special was the way he connected with people, always wearing a warm smile, no matter your age. One of his most memorable and caring health tips still lingers in the halls of KAARL: “Sit and drink water.”

💧 Thatiah to Kids, a Health Guide to All
To the children, he was affectionately known as Thatiah, the one who handed them their drinks with a warm smile and maintained their little credits with precision. For the adults, he was the soft-spoken man with the fee register, gently reminding members about their dues — never forcefully, always respectfully.
He created systems, built trust, and most importantly, set a legacy of honesty, kindness, and discipline for all of us to follow.
Today, I feel incredibly blessed to be his son.
You are not just my father, Daddy — you are my hero and role model.
I miss you every single day. The love and values you’ve given me feel even more present now that you’re not physically here.
I’m sorry, Dad… for not saying this enough when you were around. Thank you for everything. 🙏🏼

Dear Padma Rao ji
I think you were born with a smile.
Perhaps you know the smile is the key to motivating humanity.
A smile is the fuel and oxygen for all relationships.
You Left Smile with us…
Reached Heaven without a reason.
You live as long as sun and moon appears

Yes as I kept pause to Kaarl academy since few months due to my difficulties in shifts. Whenever we meet anywhere he used to ask me that why am I not coming to Academy.Yes he was a very soft spoken Uncle.
Sorry once again for your huge loss Madhu…
We miss u uncle
Uncle, I used to call him.,
He treated every kid as his own grandson and every time he took care of each and every kid. I usually call him on his mobile if the training session extends or the kid is there with the trainer for any extra training session.
My child, is around 9 years and he is asking what happened to grandpa and asking about the rituals after the demise of a human being., as a father I am unable to explain him what a final rituals of a human being after death.
May his soul rest in peace.
Uncle., we miss you as a great grand parent and a father like person in our own life. It’s hard to believe that you are not around.
“Dear Uncle, your passing has left us with an unfillable void. Your daily visits to the court brought immense joy, laughter, and warmth. We cherished your company, jokes, and playful spirit. It’s hard to accept that you’re no longer with us, especially after our last conversation filled with laughter. Though you’re gone, your memory will live on in our hearts. May you find peace and happiness in heaven, and may your blessings continue to shower your family and us with love and positivity. We’ll always remember your bright smile and infectious laughter. Rest in peace, dear Uncle.”
